Role Summary
DataXWorks is hiring a Business Development Executive – AI/Data Services to support lead generation, prospect research, outreach, event follow-ups, and sales pipeline development.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable researching companies, identifying decision-makers, writing outreach messages, and supporting B2B sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across AI, data, healthcare, retail, BFSI, technology, and digital transformation markets.
- Build prospect lists based on ICP, industry, company size, service fit, and buyer persona.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and event-led follow-ups.
- Support lead qualification, appointment setting, and pipeline development.
- Work with GTM, sales, and leadership teams on account-specific messaging.
- Track outreach performance, responses, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Maintain CRM records and prospect intelligence.
- Support proposal coordination and sales enablement activities when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, inside sales, B2B sales, or market research.
- Good understanding of B2B services, technology services, AI/data services, SaaS, or IT services.
- Strong communication and outreach writing skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email outreach, or prospecting tools is preferred.
- Ability to research companies, identify pain points, and personalize outreach.
- Good follow-up discipline and ownership.
- US market exposure is a plus.
