Role Summary
DataXWorks is hiring a GTM Strategist / Specialist to drive go-to-market strategy, positioning, outreach, and campaign execution across our core business areas: AI data services, data transformation, digital customer experience, analytics, and growth marketing solutions.
The ideal candidate should understand how to position technology-led services for enterprise buyers, build market messaging, support sales enablement, and convert business capabilities into clear campaigns, content, and outreach strategies.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for DataXWorks services across AI, data, digital, and growth marketing solutions.
- Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions for enterprise audiences.
- Support campaign planning across LinkedIn, email, website, events, and outbound channels.
- Create GTM assets such as service briefs, sales decks, case study angles, landing page inputs, pitch narratives, and outreach messaging.
- Work with leadership, sales, content, and delivery teams to understand service capabilities and convert them into market-ready narratives.
- Identify target industries, ICPs, buyer personas, pain points, and account-level messaging opportunities.
- Support lead generation initiatives through content-led campaigns, account-based marketing, and event-led follow-ups.
- Track market trends, competitor positioning, and buyer behavior to improve campaign relevance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand, content, and outreach are aligned with business goals.
- Measure campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement, lead quality, and conversion signals.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–9 years of experience in GTM strategy, B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, or digital strategy.
- Strong understanding of B2B technology services, AI/data services, digital transformation, analytics, or enterprise solutions.
- Ability to convert technical services into clear business messaging for decision-makers.
- Experience creating GTM plans, campaign strategies, buyer personas, positioning documents, and sales enablement content.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, outbound messaging, website content, and event-led lead nurturing.
- Strong writing, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to review campaign performance and improve GTM execution.
- Experience in AI, data services, SaaS, IT services, digital marketing, or consulting is preferred.
Good to Have
- Experience working with enterprise buyers in the US market.
- Exposure to AI, data annotation, data governance, analytics, customer experience, or digital transformation services.
- Familiarity with ABM, CRM tools, marketing automation, SEO, LinkedIn campaigns, and sales pipeline support.
- Ability to create sharp positioning for niche B2B services.
